Job Description:
Based in super offices in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. You will be sorting and checking all incoming payments and resolving problems promptly, identify all receipts by client and allocate and bank into appropriate bank accounts, identify individual client sales ledger receipts and allocate to accounts and match payments, let up and amend sales ledger accounts when required. In addition you will be ensuring prompt dispatch of statements to clients, ensure unpaid sales ledger invoices are returned within the agreed timetable and satisfy customers queries within 3 days. To do this you will have to be confident on the telephone, have some accounting/sales ledger experience, excellent communication skills, be IT literate and be a real team player
