Job Description:
Telephone Nurse Advisors Our client is seeking full time (37.5 hours) and part time (16 hours) telephone nurse advisors. This role involves working within a new opened department of a major company, that carries out medicals on behalf of national insurance companies You duties will include: To make pre-arranged calls to clients to collect medical histories To ensure that all disclosed information is recorded clearly and accurately To ensure that clients are aware of consequences of non-disclosure and encourage full compliance with request To conduct all communications in a professional manner To ensure that work is completed in agreed timescales To report any absence/sickness promptly to enable work to be re-allocated with minimal disruption to clients To undertake other tasks as required by the Team Leaders/ Manager Required Skills and Competencies Computer literate Team player Good telephone manner Clear spoken English Flexible and mature attitude to work Good knowledge of medications Wide range of nursing experience Ability to work on own initiative where appropriate Works well under pressure Occupational Health experience Flexible Hours to cover 9am - 9pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm Saturday
