Job Description:
Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. You will be working in a dynamic international IT company. They are creating an office based multilingual sales team to promote new products, generate and qualify leads and re-establishing relationships with lapsed customers. There is no cold calling - leads are obtained from website applications, contact made and the process progressed to closure. The role is a combination of tele-qualification and account management. You will be speaking to IT managers and business analysts, working to targets and providing forecast information and will be making telephone calls for 2 - 3 hours a day. Comission is guaranteed for the first 3 months and there are good incentives in addition! To do this you need to be of degree calibre, have 2 - 3 years sales/account management experience in the software industry, have excellent communication skills and initiative, able to work as part of a team but equally well on your own and have a motivated/proactive approach to your work.
