Job Description:
A Spanish Speaking Account Handler - responsible for the daily maintenance of various accounts as specified. The duties will include telephone collection, client reports and daily administration. Role: Collect & maximise the recovery of client debt. Liaise & maintain a close business relationship & understanding the needs of the client. Keep sales informed via Team Leaders of customer information. Follow the documented procedures for the collection of the debt in line with company policy. Comply with the collector's code of practice. Escalate to Team Leaders any problems that could impact on the handling efficiency of the accounts, also requesting assistance. Maintain your customer portfolio in good order ensuring it is up to date at all times. Ensure all billings are passed to invoicing department without delay. Assist other members of the team in any miscellaneous duties. Ad-hoc duties. Core Skills Grade C or above GCSE English & Math's. High level of business English. IT Literate (basic keyboard skills). Experience of an Office environment & general Office duties. Appropriate telephone manner. Accuracy & Business Awareness Skills and Experience: Previous experience of Credit Control (essential). Good communication skills - excellent telephone manner. Highly organised. Previous customer service experience. Spanish speaker essential
