Great opportunity for a confident communicator to work for a large, well-established company based in Watford. My Client are looking for a HR Administrator to support the HR Operations team by managing all case administration, including ill health, grievance, and disciplinary. This is a new role and so candidates will be able to make it their own, thus becoming an integral member of the HR team. You will have proven experience of HR employee relations and the administrative processes which underpin the associated activities, knowledge of HR database systems (ideally SAP), excellent IT skills, and will have good relationship building and influencing skills. Key responsibilities include: - Management of the administrative processes underpinning all employee relations activities - Reviewing processes on an ongoing basis and updating or improving where required - Absence management; maintain accurate records of absences and collating any supporting information/referral paperwork for Occupational health, liase with line management and ensure appropriate paperwork completed - Dealing with Disciplinary Grievances; Liasing with all parties to ensure that meetings take place in accordance with company policy, produce all documentation relating to outcome of meetings, maintain department grievance/disciplinary database and file all copies of correspondence - Prepare and distribute department KPI reports to the relevant bodies - General administrative support including travel and hotel arrangements, room and venue bookings, catering arrangements, meetings This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a competitive benefits package Apply now! |
