We urgently require an experienced administrator with collections experience to cover a maternity contract for 12 months based in Watford. You will be collecting and maximising client debt, liaising with and maintaining a close business relationship with the client with the ability to understand the needs of the client. This role is mainly carried out over the telephone, although you will need to have a high standard of business English for letters and emails. This is an ideal opportunity to join the UK head office of an international organisation where you will also assist with overseas collections and gain experience in this area.
