IMMEDIATE START!

My client is currently seeking a Sales Executive for their Harrow based offices; it's a self starting and self generating role to develop sales in the London area which includes existing customers and identify and close new customer acquisitions within the defined geographic area. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve annual revenue growth and new business committed value sales according to agreed targets by selling the complete range of products and services into both existing and new accounts within a defined geographic area
  • Formulation of a clear strategic plan to fully exploit the company's value proposition within the geographic area focused on the following areas: New Customer Acquisition; Retention; Cross Selling/Up Selling and acquiring committed value contracts from both new and existing customers.
  • To establish customer relationships, manage expectations and enhance the customer experience to ensure consistent customer contact is achieved through agreed service levels and productivity measures.
  • Ensure maximum exposure of products and services within the geographic area and maintain a robust new business pipeline.
  • Coordinate and leverage existing expertise and other relevant resources on existing and new target accounts.
  • Measure and communicate progress v monthly target by accurate and timely reporting/forecasting.
  • Build and maintain ongoing multi-level customer relationships across the organization
  • Take responsibility for keeping themselves up to date with all products and solutions

To be a successful applicant you must:

  • A track record of successful B2B telesales and appointment generation, demonstrating consistent individual over-achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured face to face sales calls as and when required
  • A willingness to self generate leads and sales for new business and growth of existing business through a variety of means including cold calling, self - appointment setting, selling over the phone, door to door canvassing and networking
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, style with ability to build relationships at all levels within organisations.
  • Results oriented; ability to work to targets.
  • Strong relationship manager skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of within an organisation.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, flexible and of a proactive and enthusiastic nature
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, sell solutions against needs, and negotiate based on value.
