An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to manage a 50 bedded Nursing and Residential Home in Seaford, East Sussex The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills and a full understanding of CSCI regulations and their impact in care and management practice. As an integral part of the home's registration the candidate will need to hold a first level registered nursing qualification and to either hold or work towards a relevant Registered Management Award. The applicant must be able to demonstrate a good track record of working with older people in either a nursing/residential home or community setting.
