We are looking for support workers to work within a specialist therapeutic small home environment that provides education and treatment for children and young adults from 11 to 18 years old with sexually inappropriate and challenging behaviour. This is a demanding and rewarding project.
The homes are based in Bracknell and Reading and so the successful applicant must live within 30 minutes travelling time from home. Shift patterns and hours are flexible but successful applicants must be able to work 37.5 hours per week and be able to participate in sleep ins once a week (Paid at an additional rate of £25.00).
You will ideally have experience working in care and with children but if you are a caring natured, empathetic, patience person without previous experience you will also be considered.
NVQ Level's in Care are an advantage but not essential.
