Based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, you will be working for an international company managing a team of 10 sales administrators who are processing incoming customer orders. Your responsibilities will include ensuring deadlines are met, invoices issued, being sure that staff require adequate training, having monthly meetings with individual staff members, delegating the department workload and liaising with credit control. To do this you will have to be fluent in German and English (or at least have knowledge of German), have proven administration/management background, experience in managing and motivating a team, be of degree calibre, with a mature outlook, able to prioritise and work under pressure |
