Registered Home Manager - New Milton Flame Employment's Special Social Care & Nursing Division are seeking a Registered Home Manager to manage the day to day running of a 13 bedded care home that offers care to older adults with learning disabilities. Based in New Milton, the purpose built care home will be extended to accommodate up to 20 people in the next year. You will manage the activities of the Home so that it achieves and maintains high standards of care and meets all regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have proven management or supervisory experience within a home caring for older adults with learning disabilities.
