Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Nurse to progress their career and develop their skills. Our Client is seeking a Senior Nurse looking to take the next step up as Head of Care, to oversee the delivery of person-centred nursing care to older persons, in their independent 30-bed residential home based in Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex. You will be actively involved in the planning, supervising and implementation of a high standard of care to residents to ensure the full range of physical, clinical, personal, social, spiritual and emotional needs of the individual are satisfied. Excellent full in house training and support will be provided as well as the opportunity to undertake RMA/NVQ Level 4 Qualifications. Starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience. Requirements for this post: - A driven individual with two years working experience in elderly care in a nursing home environment - Must be either RGN or RMN - Flexibility to work shifts If you meet the above criteria and would like to work for a distinctive nursing care home then this is the position for you!
