Based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. You will be working for a very successful international company. You will be reporting to the Sales Office Manager in a role that has more of an administration focus than a sales one. You will be working from an established customer base, dealing with enquiries, sourcing non-stock parts and obtaining quotes from suppliers, quoting prices for new and existing customers, ensuring suppliers can maintain desired quality levels, entering quotes on the database, developing sales opportunities and visiting clients when necessary. To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English, have office based customer service experience, be good at creating relationships on the phone, have a desire to learn and really get a buzz out of "getting it right!" Your IT skill should include Word and Excel - knowledge of the aerospace industry or sales experience within a stockist/distribution an advantage!
