Support Worker (Learning Disabilities and challenging Behaviour) Flame Employment's Specialist Social Care & Nursing Division is currently looking to recruit a Support Worker to support service users in a 9 bedded home in Botley, Southampton. This is a rewarding role working for an Independent residential care home group that provides high quality care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. As Support Worker, you will actively participate in developing individual care plans with families and Care Managers, and will provide general support to service users in their day to day lives, ensuring their well-being at all times. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work shifts (37.5 hours) and must have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
