Based in there Watford offices my client is currently seeking a Proposals Co-ordinator to prepare prequalification/tender documentation to support the business in securing future work. You will respond to prequalification enquiries, reviewing the Clients documentation to establish key topics to be addressed within our submission. You will prepare and co-ordinate our responses by writing and editing material obtained from data banks and that obtained from other departments/external sources and collating this into coherent integrated documentation. A critical part of your role will be to schedule and track the contributions provided by these parties. You will generally be responsible for the production of all documentation, including printing and collating. The ideal candidate must have:
