Flame Employment's Specialist Social Care and Nursing Division are seeking a Registered Home Manager to manage a 56 bedded nursing home that provides care and accommodation for older adults based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The Home operates a varied activity programme, enjoyed by all service users, and requires a "hands-on" Manager committed to the well-being of clients and staff. You will oversee the day-to-day management, supervision and administration of the entire home, which is used by the local authorities as well as private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager looking to work for a home with a " 2 star Good " CSCI Rating and an excellent team of staff. The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse, ideally RGN although a RMN with additional clinical experience will still be considered.
