Flame Employment's Specialist Social Care and Nursing Division are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager to work within an 8 bedded home for older adults (50+ years) with learning disabilities. You will assist in overseeing and co-ordinating the running of the Home, ensuring a secure, stimulating and caring atmosphere for service users. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with supervisory/management experience within a residential setting. The Manager of this home oversees another home next door and so you will be required to take on responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Home in their absence. Successful candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in Care and will have experience working with older adults with learning disabilities. You must be flexible to work 37.5 hours per week 7am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 9.30pm shifts. Excellent benefits include: Interested?
