Job Description:
Based in Bedford, Bedfordshire, you will be working for a global company for a global company. You will be providing technical product support to the technical expert for the fertility products and to manage customer contacts in a calm and helpful way. This is a 20 hours per week position. To do this, you will need to be an experienced scientist, with relevant industrial/medical laboratory experience, a thorough understanding and knowledge of immunodiagnostics and relevant experience in consumer care/relations. You must be of degree calibre, have strong and effective communication skills, organised, have an analytical ability, attention to detail, flexibility and a proactive approach.
