My client is currently looking for a Temporay Customer Liaison Business Executive to manage retailers through key processes and event, providing a central point of contact and expertise. The main responsibilities will include: -Initiation of events by logging all necessary details -Telephone, written, e-mail updates/checking events are happening to schedule as and when necessary to ensure all key dates are met. -Telephone, e mail, written communication to retailers, Customer Business Team, Retail Sales Team as necessary to ensure that all required information is gathered and imparted. -Provide a consistent central point of contact for both the retailer and internal stakeholders. -Provide excellent customer service tailored to individual needs, having gained a thorough understanding of the retailer environment through liaison with the Customer Business Team, the Retail Sales team, attendance at key meetings and retailer visits as and when required. -Receive and respond to all retailer correspondence as per set standards and ensure that all processes and activities within Retail Services are in line with NLC requirements. -Keep all internal customers, the Retail Sales Team, the Customer Business Team, up to date with progress of events by weekly e-mail, and as necessary, if schedule changes, by phone. -Log all associated administration paperwork arising from selection and account management activities on to the documentation system. -Attendance and input at Customer Liaison Manager weekly status update meetings The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background, the ability to multi-task and adapt skills as required and be a proactive member of a busy team as well as an individual.
