Job Description:

Based in there Harrow offices, my client is currently seeking a New Business Telesales Executive to develop the company's customer base by identifying, targeting and selling new business opportunities within a defined geographic area. This role will involve both selling over the telephone and appointment setting. The main duties of your role will involve:

· Achieve annual sales of New Business according to agreed targets by selling the complete range of products and services to prospects within a defined geographic area

· Driving value in new prospects; Identify Cross Selling / Up Selling opportunities and driving committed value contracts from prospects.

· To establish customer relationships, manage expectations and enhance the customer experience to ensure consistent customer contact is achieved through agreed service levels and productivity measures.

· Coordinate and leverage existing expertise and other relevant and appropriate resource to ensure best chances of success in winning new business.

· Measure and communicate progress v monthly target by accurate and timely reporting / forecasting.



The key requirements are:

· A track record of 2 years successful B2B new business telesales experience, demonstrating consistent individual over-achievement.

· Self starting and self generating with respect to business leads

· Ability to build upon and adapt call scripts / frameworks to optimise success

· Subtlety and tact in approaching prospects in potentially sensitive situations

· Excellent listening and communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels within organisations.

· Results oriented; ability to work to targets.

· Strong relationship manager skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of within an organisation.

· Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects, and the pipeline of prospects and new business opportunities.

· Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, flexible and of a proactive and enthusiastic nature
