We are seeking a Team Leader to work for a national charitable organisation providing supported living services to people with learning disabilities. As Team Leader you will be responsible for the delivery of care within 3 services in Princes Risborough and Aylesbury. You will provide support to individuals and management of resources within these designated services.
Reporting to the Supported Living Manager, you will be based within the services and will encourage service users to lead as fulfilling and independent lives as possible.
The successful applicant will have experience working with learning disabilities in a community setting and must have an NVQ Level 3 in care. You will be able to lead and motivate a team and will be flexible to work in different locations and on a rota basis.
