We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to work within a prestigious Nursing and Residential home that provides supportive living, respite care, and nursing to older adults. You will be responsible for the effective management of the dementia unit within the home located in Altrincham, Cheshire.
The job holder will plan, organise, develop and direct the overall operation of the Reminiscence neighbourhood in accordance with current laws and Company standards, guidelines and regulations. You will provide support to, and will facilitate on-going training and educational opportunities for, both staff and families.
As Registered Manager within the Home you will also be accountable to CSCI for ensuring high standards of care are maintained throughout the home.

The ideal candidate will hold RMA and NVQ Level 4 and will have working knowledge and experience of caring for people with dementia. You will be able to work as part of a close management team and to motivate a team of staff. Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills is also essential.
