We are seeking a Wellness Service Manager to work within a large prestigious nursing and residential home that provides supportive living, respite care, and nursing to older adults, based in Altrincham, Cheshire. You will be responsible for the health and wellness of the residents and will ensure the community follows all CSCI regulations and Company standards.
The post holder will make a vital contribution to the health and wellbeing of the residents, as well as being a support function for the Assisted Living and Reminiscence Managers. You will conduct resident assessments, oversee the medication programme and will ensure all paperwork is completed to high standards.
The position requires a Registered General Nurse with working experience in home health, assisted living or long term care. Nursing management experience is ideal, along with sound judgement, and excellent assessment and communication.
