Job Description:

Based in Rickmansworth, my client is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Co-ordinator. The main duties will include:

Taking work requests via telephone and electronic format and generating the request using the in-house system

Transmitting the requests to the relevant engineers and ensuring all jobs are allocated

General administrative duties to support the account managers and site operation

Co-ordinating engineers workload on a daily and weekly basis Generate purchase orders and works orders as required

The ideal candidate will have previous data entry and helpdesk experience as well as a strong administrative working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite.
