We are looking for an Assisted Living Manager to work within a prestigious Nursing and Residential home that provides supportive living, respite care, and nursing to older adults. You will be responsible for the overall management and success of the general assisted living community within the home based in Solihull, West Midlands. You will plan, organise, develop and direct the overall operation of the assisted living neighbourhood in accordance with CSCI regulations and Company standards, guidelines and regulations. This position requires a motivational manager to lead a team of staff providing real person-centred care to residents who may require different levels of care. You will have considerable experience in long-term care, assisted living or the hospital industry and with the senior population. You will be able to work well as part of a close management team and will hold or be working towards NVQ Level 4 and RMA.
