We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work within a prestigious Nursing and Residential home that provides supportive living, respite care, and nursing to older adults. You will be accountable for the day to day operations of Facilities Management functions in the community based in Solihull, West Midlands. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. The position requires a sound understanding and working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance.
