We are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Service Manager to work for a charitable housing association based in Seaford, East Sussex. You will provide support to the Care Service Manager in delivering high quality care services across 5 Residential and Nursing Homes accommodating older adults.
Working with the Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- To maintain and develop the standards of care reflecting the business needs of the Company - To monitor and review processes and standards and ensure that all relevant policies, procedures and best practice are applied and that initiatives for service improvement are pursued - To liaise with commissioning bodies and the Homes and work to maximise occupancy levels and revenue
The position requires an excellent communicator with both NVQ Level 4 and RMA in care. You must have knowledge of the National Minimum Standards 'Care Homes for Older People' and will have at least 2 years experience managing a residential home or a service providing care. You will also have experience working in a team.
