My client requires a Customer Support Analyst to assist the company in achieving its business objectives and revenue targets by providing technical and helpdesk support to the clients. To provide assistance to other members of the client support team in ensuring integrity and resolving technical issues. Your main duties will include: -Receiving client telephone calls/emails in order to acheive and maintaon agreed service levels. -Ensure all calls are maintained in an issue management and issue logging system -Establish and maintain KPI's -Quality control, produce and distribute all client releases within the teams accounts, including production of CD's, on-line reports, monthly production and paper based reports to ensure all deadlines are met.
